Even with a few unforeseen obstacles, the work moved along as planned and was completed within the initial timeframe estimated and within budget. There were no hidden costs or big delays, and they worked willingly with us when we made modifications to our plans throughout the process. Communication was excellent and Kim helped extensively in making many of the ‘finishing’ decisions. We love the result and are still enjoying our ‘new’ house 3 years later!”
